Each piece of Elizabeth Wright Fine Jewellery is handmade in our Toronto studio. Some items are made to order and therefore will have a lead time indicated in the listing. If you have specific time requirements, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them. Items in stock will be dispatched within three business days from the date of purchase. You will receive confirmation of shipment when the order is sent. All of our products are shipped with a tracking number. 

We ship worldwide—shipping rates may vary for international orders (outside of Canada). All taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the customer on international shipments and will be billed to you separately by the carrier. EWFJ is not responsible for any import/customs fees. Please check with your country's customs policies for further information.

EWFJ is not responsible for lost or stolen mail that has been successfully delivered to the address provided to the courier company (ie. mail stolen from an unsecured mailbox). If you would like to add insurance or a signature to your order, we recommend choosing our FedEx shipping option.
