Meet the Designer
East coast Canadian-born artist Elizabeth (Liz) Wright gained her jewellery making skills at NSCAD University, where she was influenced by multiple forms of art and design while she completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree. Following her relocation to Toronto, Ontario, Liz gained goldsmithing experience from the most skilled professionals in the industry. This has culminated in the creation of her personal brand, Elizabeth Wright Fine Jewellery. In 2019, EWFJ was born!
The Brand
Informed by traditional practices, Liz designs heirloom-quality, functional and contemporary pieces for everyday use and enjoyment. She creates jewellery that inspires feelings of joy and sentimentality in the wearer.
Liz lives and works in downtown Toronto. When she's not at the bench covered in polishing compound, you can find her enjoying an ice cream cone or out adventuring with her husband and their Cavalier King Charles, Dean!
