If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Items must be returned in
original condition with the original packaging. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
To arrange for an exchange, please contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA#). Please note that we will not accept items that do not have an accompanying RA# and will return them at the sender's expense.
All SALE items are final sale. No exceptions.
All custom orders are final sale. This includes any alterations and changes made to an existing piece. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact Elizabeth Wright Fine Jewellery to discuss further. Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted.

If you wish to make a cancellation, please notify us within 24 hours to avoid additional fees or charges. After 24 hours, your item is normally prepared for shipping, therefore your cancellation will need to be treated as an exchange or credit.
